PLAN 1: Heating System Protective Maintenance Agreement
For systems that do not have central air conditioning attached

This plan features an annual heater cleaning and inspection to increase your system’s longevity and performance.
Our trained technicians will help you to protect the appliance, reduce worry and increase confidence in your heating equipment. We make it our business to help you keep the cost of staying comfortable to as little as possible. The investment is per system.
For a repair order during normal operating hours, we will waive our minimum diagnostics fee for plumbing and HVAC work. We will take a look at your problem, provide a written diagnosis and give you an up-front, discount price for the repair. We will provide free repair diagnosis (in an emergency and after-hours as well).
Note: Plan #1 provides no cooling restoration
